Our showstopper, Top of the Ark, is where the magic happens; this space can be transformed for any occasion. We’ve introduced cutting-edge audio-visual technology to elevate the experience and make sure your event is one to remember.

Wow, an absolutely fantastic night Taylor & as the Function Manager, you set it up beautifully – a huge thank you for your care and consideration, and for responding to requests and changes with ease and professionalism.
The room looked sensational and all the printing work/directional signage/greeting on the TV was great. Our sincere thanks to all the staff who were very polite and efficient, and to the chefs who prepared sensational dishes – I had the steak and it was presented beautifully and cooked to perfection.
We have had incredibly positive feedback from those who attended & it is apparent that this event showcases the Unley Mercedes Jets to dignitaries (when invited), sponsors, life members, supporters and to the general football community.
So, definitely a gold star to you & to your staff!

I wish to thank you and your staff for assisting the Burnside Lions Club to hold a very successful monthly dinner at your venue last Tuesday night.
This was a much-anticipated return by our club and we were not disappointed. The staff were very supportive as our members found their way through your impressive renovations. Every aspect of the service provided exceeded our very high expectations.
Please extend our thanks to the wait staff, the kitchen and the Reception staff for their work in making sure that our evening was a success.

The Arkaba Hotel’s sponsorship and support was fabulous with the event raising an overall $30,000 which goes directly to ‘Get Growing,’ a specialised mental health program. Get Growing is for school-aged participants from 11 to 17 years old targeting young people who may be at risk.
Taylor and the team at the Arkaba made holding an event for 130 staff easy and stress free.
The Arkaba team were friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and the Top of the Ark made for an impressive space to celebrate our staff achievements. We were also accommodated with our request for a room so that we could set-up a sensory/quiet zone to help make our event more inclusive for autistic guests. The feedback from guests was overwhelmingly positive and everyone throughly enjoyed the night.
It is by far the best experience we have had in the 8 years of running the event.
The event organisation from planning to break down went very well and we found all staff very helpful and friendly! Thank you.

SUPER SERVICE AND EVERYTHING RUNS LIKE CLOCKWORK
We have been a client of the Arkaba for some 20 years, where we utilise their training rooms and Top of the Ark for competitions and Golden Gavel dinners. We have had delegates attend from China, Malaysia, France, Hong Kong, New Zealand and most states in Australia, so the first-class accommodation is a bonus.
Our full day training sessions are complete with breakfast, superb lunches with excellent meal choices and the opportunity to drink at the end of the sessions.
Recently updated, the venue is now sensational, complimented by attentive staff that leave no stone unturned to deliver a level of service where we feel like a member of the Arkaba family.
The new Functions Manager Taylor is a prime example of delivering super service and everything runs like clockwork.
