ST. BENEDICT SCHOOL, TOP OF THE ARK

Thank you for all your stellar organising skills in helping with our spectacular Gala Dinner.  We were understandably anxious organising the event as it was our first one but you made it a seamless experience.

The night was an outstanding success with universally positive reviews. We raised a  over $37,000 and had many many comments of how much our guests enjoyed themselves and look forward to coming back next year.

We had two very common themes of feedback I wanted to pass on:

  • the food was delicious (including moist chicken breast!)
  • The room presented really well. Whilst I know Brigid’s input helped, she had a great head start with how well everything was setup

Additionally – the AV guy did a superb job helping out with lighting, audio and PowerPoint. The bar staff were very good and the wait staff were efficient and professional. Bravo to your team all round.

Thank you for making the party experience at Arkaba so easy. Your communication has been timely and clear.

The girls had a great night. The room was perfect and styled well. The girls raved about the food! ( a room full of hungry netball players!) The staff were very friendly and efficient, bringing the food out at the right time and intervals.

You should have seen the guys face behind the bar when I ordered 24 mocktails!!!  It was funny. The staff achieved it though and all at once, the girls loved them.

AUTISM SA

Taylor and the team at the Arkaba made holding an event for 130 staff easy and stress free.

The Arkaba team were friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and the Top of the Ark made for an impressive space to celebrate our staff achievements. We were also accommodated with our request for a room so that we could set-up a sensory/quiet zone to help make our event more inclusive for autistic guests. Wow, an absolutely fantastic night Taylor & as the Function Manager, you set it up beautifully – a huge thank you for your care and consideration, and for responding to requests and changes with ease and professionalism.

The room looked sensational and all the printing work/directional signage/greeting on the TV was great. Our sincere thanks to all the staff who were very polite and efficient, and to the chefs who prepared sensational dishes – I had the steak and it was presented beautifully and cooked to perfection.

We have had incredibly positive feedback from those who attended & it is apparent that this event showcases the Unley Mercedes Jets to dignitaries (when invited), sponsors, life members, supporters and to the general football community.

We have been a client of the Arkaba for some 20 years, where we utilise their training rooms and Top of the Ark for competitions and Golden Gavel dinners. We have had delegates attend from China, Malaysia, France, Hong Kong, New Zealand and most states in Australia, so the first-class accommodation is a bonus.

Our full day training sessions are complete with breakfast, superb lunches with excellent meal choices and the opportunity to drink at the end of the sessions.

Recently updated, the venue is now sensational, complimented by attentive staff that leave no stone unturned to deliver a level of service where we feel like a member of the Arkaba family.
